How do I create my first invoice?
After signing in and setting up your business profile, tap the '+' button on the dashboard or go to Invoices and tap 'New Invoice.' Select a client, add your line items, and you're ready to share a professional PDF.
Can I try QuickBill before subscribing?
QuickBill requires an active subscription to use. We offer weekly, monthly, annual, and lifetime plans starting at $1.99/week, all managed through the App Store.
How do I change my business logo?
Go to Settings in the app, then tap on your business logo (or the initials placeholder). You can select a new image from your camera roll. Your logo will appear on all PDFs you generate.
Can I convert an estimate to an invoice?
Yes! Open any estimate and tap 'Convert to Invoice.' QuickBill will create a new draft invoice with all the line items, totals, and client information from the estimate.
Which currencies are supported?
QuickBill supports five currencies: USD ($), EUR (€), GBP (£), CAD (C$), and AUD (A$). You can set your preferred currency in Settings, and it will be applied to all invoices and estimates.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom. Tap 'Delete Account' — this will permanently remove your account and all associated data including invoices, estimates, clients, and expenses.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
If you reinstall QuickBill or get a new device, simply sign in with the same Apple ID. On the paywall screen, tap 'Restore Purchases' to reactivate your subscription.
Can I share invoices via email?
Yes! QuickBill generates a PDF of your invoice and opens the iOS share sheet, where you can send it via email, AirDrop, Messages, or any other sharing method available on your device.
